1) Q: How is the ordering procedure?

A: The usual ordering procedure is as follows.


Step 1: Enquiry
Step 2: Quotation
Step 3: Sample proof (optional)
Step 4: Confirmation of the details of the paper box and price
Step 5: Placing order and paying for deposit
Step 6: Mass production
Step 7: Inspection of goods at our factory (optional)
Step 8: Paying for balance
Step 9: Delivery of goods
Step 10: After-sales service

2) Q: Does your company accept overseas orders?

A: Yes. We welcome orders from any region/ countries. Our customers come from many parts of the world, e.g. Asia, Middle East, Europe, US and Canada, etc.

3) Q: What information is needed for requesting quotation?

A: It would be most helpful if you can let us see the sample, so that we can provide an accurate quotation by looking at the details. If sample is not available, you may also send us photos or drafts and indicate the usage of the box, dimensions, materials of the box and insert, number of printing colors inside and outside of the box, and finishing. Please also let us know the quantity, delivery address (for overseas delivery, please indicate by Air or by Sea) and other requests (if any).

4) Q: Can you produce boxes according to our design?

A: Sure. We can produce custom made boxes according to customers’ designs and needs. Welcome to discuss about the details with us.
